Are you trying not to be healthy, or is it just a bother trying to be healthy?
Healthy lifestyle living invites innumerable possibilities. Variances in genetics, environment and attitude prevents a perfectly created healthy lifestyle guide for all. The only alternative is to discover your own way. Discovery takes interest. Interest takes work. So living a healthy lifestyle takes work. Oh no.
So what might be a simple and convenient alternative. Judging from the high numbers, it is NOT to live a healthy lifestyle. Quicker, easier and more convenient to let your health go. Great! Not great.
Non-support of your health has a cumulative affect. Some day may come when your time savings turns into a burden of time.
There are some identified ways not to live a healthy lifestyle. What you eat and how you move are two basic ways for unhealthy lifestyle conveniences.
If all of your food consumption is delivered to your plate via someone else’s kitchen you may have an unhealthy convenient winner. Especially if your plate has been traded in for a paper bag. Now you move to the primary way to live unhealthy life.
If your daily movements consists of moving from your bed to the shower to the car to the office, and repeated in the reverse at the end of the day, you have that personal energy conservation thing down. This way of not living a healthy lifestyle is a keeper. Keeping your body worked at a minimal level means keeping your body in the ideally worst shape you can.
How great is it to feel the worst that you could possibly feel when life’s little inconveniences are thrown your way and your body has very little healthy defense. You go ahead and use that precious time saved on unhealthy to inconveniently sit in your doctors office for hours for the drug of the moment to buy you a little more convenient time.
The rest of us who have incorporated ways to live a healthy lifestyle would rather spend that same precious time doing things categorized as fun. Try eating better and moving more ~ you might like it. Or at least not hate it as much as sitting in a doctors office filled with other unhealthy lifestyle lifers.
